As for Comcast, when I lived in Richmond, if there was any way they could screw something up, they'd do so every time.<br /><br />My best advice regarding the way they do things is this: DO NOT sign up for that auto-payment thing of theirs. You know the one where they just debit the amount due from your account? They screwed that up once and it took two more months before they got it straightened out...and if they take too much, they won't just return what they took out, no matter how short they leave your account!<br /><br />In any case, looking forward to seeing what you do with the old house.
